1. T-Y-I Exercise
T: Lie on the floor with your face looking on the floor, then extend your arms in order to make the letter T with your arms and body. Lift the arms and squeeze the shoulder blades. Hold like that for 10 seconds and the return again in the initial position.
Y: Lie in the same position with your arms positioned in Y position. Then lift your arms slowly and squeeze the blades. Arms should be straight all the time.
I: Again, lie in the same position with your arms extended above your head. Try to move your arms to the position of the letter I and squeeze the blades and shoulders.
