THE BOILED EGGS DIET – LOSE 11 KG IN 2 WEEKS! (FULL 2 WEEKS PLAN)

In order to remove body fat, the simplest ways are the best ways compared to the excessively and needlessly complicated methods, which make people obsess themselves with counting calories, combining different food types, avoid eating food rich in calories, or drink nothing just water as to burn that body fat.

The result of all of this is not slimming down, but on the contrary – putting more fat!
Still, there is a way of burning the unwanted body fat, and that is using a simpler, and easier way.

THE BOILED EGGS DIET

This diet is based on chemical, not on quantities, and if you follow it properly, you will have results in a week.
Allowed drinks:  Black coffee, black tea, lemon tea, fresh grapefruit juice, tonic water, soda water (No more than 3 cups of these drinks per day).  You can drink still water as much as you like.
You should avoid sweeteners.
The salad consists of Lettuce, tomato, and celery only. You should avoid salad dressing or vinegar.
You can use pepper and spices for seasoning.

WEEK 1

Monday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Fruit and 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
  • Dinner: Cooked chicken and a big salad.

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Cooked chicken and a green salad.
  • Dinner: 2 eggs, vegetable salad, and 1 orange.

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Low fat cheese, 1 tomato and 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
  • Dinner: Cooked chicken and a big salad.

Thursday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Fruit.
  • Dinner: Steamed chicken and a big salad.

Friday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: 2 eggs and steamed vegetables.
  • Dinner: Fish on a barbecue and a big salad.

Saturday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Fruit.
  • Dinner: Steamed chicken and a big salad.

Sunday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.
  • Lunch: Chicken with steamed vegetables and tomato salad.
  • Dinner: Steamed vegetables.
