Day 1-7

  1. 15 Squats
  2. 24 Walking Lunges (x12 on both sides)
  3. 24 Bulgarian Split Squats (x12 on both sides)
  4. 10 Jump Squats
  5. 30-60 seconds break and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Day 8-14

  1. 20 Squats
  2. 12 Straight Leg Deadlifts
  3. 24 Walking Lunges (x12 on each side)
  4. 50 Donkey Kicks (x25 on each side)
  5. 10 Jump Squats
  6. 30-60 seconds break and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Day 15-21

  1. 25 Squats
  2. 24 Walking Lunges (x12 each side)
  3. 24 Bulgarian Split Squats (x12 each side)
  4. 50 Donkey Kicks (x25 each side)
  5. 15 Jump Squats
  6. 30-60 seconds break and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
